2016 Music City Muscle Competition

Just saw where they changed the date for the Music City Muscle competition! Moved it back from Nov 5th to October 23, 2 weeks!! What a crock of shit! How do you prep for something if they move the date back 8 weeks out? Must be someone was peaking too early!!!!!!!!!!

the first one was at TPAC (tennessee performing arts center) this one is at another beautiful venue. opryland maybe?

I competed in my first at TPAC back in 2009 , NGA Nashville night of champions, got third heavyweight open. Nashville is a nice city

2010 I got ready for the same show,in november, and it was canceled

I lived in and around Nashville for 20 years, but haven't been back since 2008. It's a cool place. Not really a bodybuilding Mecca, but we had some good shows. Did the TN State a couple of times in Murfreesboro, and a show Vince Taylor put on in Franklin. Long ago. Used to be a super hardcore gym there called Armo's. Tough.

Yeah nashville is a great town. I would have liked to compete this year but don't think that will work now.... Next year!

I know about the olympus in the boro, trained there one sumer. saw Brandon Curry there back in 2007 when i lived there. The owners has been at all three shows ive competed in in tn. and emceed by last show knox classic
