What a showing at the USAs this year ! Every class had good talent , great to see this after the last few big national shows where men's open bodybuilding looked as if it was starting to take a dive.

Cmon !!! Really !!! lol...it's a shame as he actually looked in great condition! What gets me he had Matt porter prep him but he had his own prep business..but he did look peeled. Pics of the superheavy winners arms were unreal..
Thank you for moving the focus of the thread off Phil and onto the actual show and the 100 other body builders that competed there.
I agree! When I saw the pics he stood out first.
The men's open heavyweights had some serious talent as well. The super heavy winner Patrick Moore has a bright future if he can bring up his back and legs to match his arms
I like Derek Lunsford light heavy and overall. This young men can have a good future, I hope he will take his time and don`t try to compete in a pro show for at least 2 years.
