There is no rule that you have to donate more than once...Obviously it's always encouraged for guys to continue donating any time they can because without the continued funding, the rounds get smaller and smaller and eventually the testing stops.

The results are only posted at AnaSci.org and are not to be shared outside of that forum. Don't donate if you're not willing to join. AnaSci.org is the sister board to this one.
