So who is up on whos who on the Nats this year? Any pics and predicitions, its been such a crazy few years weve kind lost our focus on the NPC but i heard there are a few monsters comin in this year.

I wish! Everything is usually on his instagram. He's been dealing with some sort of virus for 1.5 weeks now. Hoping he can get back on the ball ASAP, times ticking. Also found some other factors in his prep that were "counterfeit", so if we can pull this sickness together, he should be extremely impressive at nationals.

Just watched Carlos Thomas Jr. interview on MD. He's not working with Patrick Tuor any more. He says he is doing his own peak for the show. Just has a couple friends keeping an eye on him and giving opinions. Although, I don't work with coaches (and have ruined my look many times lol), in his case choosing to do that last minute, I don't think it's the smartest decision. Not something I would attempt at Nationals if my entire competing career I worked with coaches. Hopefully works out for him. It is top two in every weight class that gets a pro card, so he still might be good.

More important will be what Carlos back and hams look like.

He will win his class and pro card, almost certainly, but he might not win the overall if there is some boy more shredded (and still enought big) than him.
