He added more science to his science based training. Oh and probably not a big deal but a lot more gear too

Some insight from Quinton on the prep. I’ll be honest, it sounds like (even though he keeps saying HE was dumb for following the plan etc.) he seems to think loss of size was from Matt’s plan.

I have heard though that he doesn’t train the hardest, not sure if this is true; but he did say he loses strength over 40mcg clen which seems… odd.

Agreed on Matt and peaking, but it was their first show of course. To be fair too, I’ve never personally seen any training footage of quint so I can’t say for sure anything there.

There are a fuck load of categories and it is just going to run straight through. No stream option has been posted. So we might just be waiting for pics, unless someone either sets up their own setup that is there. I'll be checking youtube to see whats up at times, but I am the lead / organizing a 5k tomorrow for a local fallen marine and will ne bouncing around.
