In the rear poses (back double, back lat spread), some guys relax the midsection and let it hand but some guys "glue it to the spine" as Milos says. I remember seeing video of Regan working on his posing with Steve Weinberger, Steve suggested compressing the midsection to give the mid-back counter pressure.

Looks like Tonio keeps it in, Krizo not. The obliques from the rear on Krizo isn't very appealing.

Hard to say on these. Tonio is more appealing(actaully not so much in these pics) but Krizo is nails hard and so so much bigger. How did the shot for shot go?

It's hard to say just based on each pose, there's so much that happens in between (transitions, breathing, posture, how relaxed they get, sustaining poses after several rounds, polish, etc.).

Front double? Tonio. Krizo's waist takes so much away from his silhouette.

Front lat? Krizo. Tonio is more pretty, more round and full cartoonish; but Krizo is overwhelmingly muscular and a larger person.

Side chest? Krizo. Too much "freak factor" for Tonio to compete with.

Back double? Tonio. Krizo's posing is much better than previous years, but still unsteady in the shoulders, and not fully rotating back.

Back lat? Tonio. His density and detail looks great, and Krizo looks awkward and like he's overstretching forward.

Side triceps? Krizo. Width, muscularity, and better lower midsection control (Tonio starts to lose control in the later rounds).

Ab and thighs? Tonio. It flows and demonstrates a great frame, whereas krizo's waist is nearly straight up and down.

Most muscular? Krizo. He looks like an absolute monster, muscle everywhere you look.

That's 4 to 4. But overall I'd say Tonio had better presentation, peak, transitions, and overall "polish." But again, this is just my opinion. I am not a judge or critic or professional authority, I'm just a guy.

Just saw on insta that Tonio won, Krizo in second. Didn't see the rest of the placings yet.

I thought Tonio was better today, but I'll be interested to see the score card

I have to respectfully disagree on front lat spread. I like Krizo, but Tonia had that pose by a country mile. He actually looked as wide as Krizo with a much sharper taper

They both looked good. But I think Tonio winning is the right call

I think krizo and Tonio looked great. Krizos size and stature made me favor him but Tonio has a great waist. I think either deserved to win it’s just preference

Krizo did not win we were both wrong. I still like the package Rafa brought and, to me, he won a few poses. But I don't want to explain my point of view... it was judged (not well IMO.. same on 212 and classic) and that's it

It seems like the ifbb is really pushing hard for the small waist aesthetic package. I personally felt Krizo should have won. It will be interesting how the Mr O shakes out this year with the way judging is going

Is not only about size. Proportion and simetry counts. And krizo looses a lot in those departments. Also, bodybuilding is posing. And Krizo is not able to pose, in particular from the back. His back double is novice level. His ab and thights is horrible.. and I could continue.
Would I be judging and he would be 3rd.

Bodybuilding isn't just about huge arms and massive muscle mass.

His posing could be better but I thought his back double was much better than last year
