20mcg T3 necessary while on 4iu GH?

Hey guys..been on T3 for prob a year now...during cutting (higher dosages)..and maintaining weight (20mcgs)...but now im taking GH at 4iu daily and heard GH lowers t3..should i still stick with 20mcgs t3 while on the 4iu GH?

wouldnt my t3 levels be lowered from gh usage tho?

GH lowers T4 not T3.

And it is an old wive's tale that being on thyroid hormones long term will shut down your natural production if you go off.

Depends. Some people have normal T4 levels and low T3 or vice versa. Some people don't convert T4 into T3 well.
