5’5” 235 is pretty damn impressive for any age in that condition.
 
Guy looks incredible thick, but don't like his look. His waist is getting thicker along with everything else. But then again, he make a perfect Pro now a days.

I agree.....he's definitely gifted. But already got that blocky look that will only get worse if current trends are followed.

Met him at Junior Nationals this summer

I asked him if his name was Matt because he looked like a guy with , that i hangout with all day in 2009, at my first show.

he said in 2009 I was 14

Hes 5ft5 and thats why its so easy to add that muscle. Hes gotta watch that waist

Yes, he can fill his frame out quicker.

why do you think dennis Wolfs excellent conditioning this past Arnold placed low?

because judges and fans are used to seeing a huge full Dennis. I think he looked some of the best conditioning ive seen on him. that said, to get his previous size back will take some time

Gerenally its true, there are exceptions yes. Being a tall guy and talking with takker guys this is usually the case, it takes more time to fill out

But it's TEN lbs for both of you. He didn't put on more FASTER.

When your 5’5 it’s very easy to blow your physique up fast, you could do it in half the time that a 6 foot guy would. You literally build half the muscle. Short little limbs and shit. Being a taller person it’s frustrating as fuck. But when a tall guy fills out his frame. He dwarfs the small guys. Especially in width

I guess it Depends on which 10 pds were talking about.
For a shorter guy to add 10 pds and go from 200-210pds takes a lot less of everything then for a Taller guy to go from 250 - 260.
No matter, the extra size always takes more to Feed.
So 10pds is easier when not both weighing the same.
 
Being tall(er) is a genetic flaw in this game.

And some tall guys, especially jealous ones, use it as an excuse as to why they can't reach their goals.

It’s the ONLY reason I can’t bench 495 for reps. These damn long arms.
