I know it, wow! You he made it look like you could easily do another 20 lbs on the deadlift and squat. So fluid and smooth just like a machine.

What is your height? At 279 you look pretty lean there. What is your age and how long have you been powerlifting seriously?

I compete at 275 but usually walk around at 290. I am 6', and lean because I still eat very clean basically all year around.
