Some of you guys may have seen me blow my prep for the Nats cutting WAY TOO MUCH! Well....Never again will I come in that thin again. I'm done chasing "super conditioning and want to be the "big guy" now.
Diet = Eating so much I'm distended most of the time.
Gear = Yes

and lastly I will say yes you are more vascular and yes absolutely you get more vascular as you age I have noticed that myself but we are the same damn size your 53 though so yes you win for that but don't think I won't be crazy vascular at 53 as well your also probably using hgh which I am not
