The past two injections i've done were done in my quads, the problem is around 24 hours later i get crazy pain around my knee and it is sore as hell. Anyone else have this happen, the reason i ask is i always pin in the glutes but wanted to mix it up diffrent this go around. It gets alittle swollen i can walk ,but getting up from a sitting position is when then pain is at it's worst. The shot is sustamed 250mg and maxibold 200mg (eq), any help to why this is or is it a normal feeling when pinning the quads.

Your shooting to low in your quad. I've had the same problem years ago. I started shooting higher and I've never had my knee swell up again.
