Funny this is the morning after a Day on the water and at My Island. 1st day this year, after a 12 pack a few Vegas Bombs and long Islands...A Cheese burger w- corned beef for Dinner and Tater Tots. A bag of Graham crackers on the way home and I forget what I ate that night...but at least one tall glass of Milk..lol
I did hit the gym for some pulldowns later that A.M. and got back to Rackin It !!!

Look solid bro! you might feel small but you're def not. Losing weight is always a head fuck till you get used to it. Once you maintain for a bit at that weight you'll feel out and look even better. Bodybuilding is like an illusion just gotta try to look bigger than what you actually weigh

I do miss The 10 pounds! I felt just as good at that weight and looked better.
Poured 16 yds today in the 94* heat and more all week.
I got pizza weighting, but had 2 shakes w size on plus 30 dextrose and 75 whey plus 2 iso-pures and 2 xxx mineral waters. A few beers when I got Home and jumped in the pool cut the grass back in the pool and now a spicy V8....Candy and icecream for desert w of course milk till bed...
Need to refurbish for tomarrow.
