I hit my All time high of over 270 this winter. Post hernia surgery and pre pec tear.
May have hit that Cut Stack to early!
I have done some rear delt just not as often.
Never again in the Chest! After a lot of thinking I do believe it caused my tear!
Just 1cc in a slin pin irritated those fibres enough to rupture!
As Tenny once stated as well as a possible reason.

I can bounce those babys to any Tune spot on.
Better than Winking at A girl that's for sure.
Still, Took a couple Photos over the weekend even with being skinny and damaged!!!

Lol your almost or are 50 and look like that at 240#s,you look great. I seen the pics with the pec tear see that you jumped back from that pretty quick very good.

I couldn't imagine your chest tearing due to an AAS injection. Maybe it it was the straw that broke the camels back. But the main contributor, no way.

The only other cause was that I slightly tore a bit of bicep on the 425 press.
I felt a tingle in my left bicep which was weird considering benching but at lockout maybe!
385 felt great and I was throwing 365 easy when it ripped!!!!
Had plenty of warmup sets, that's for sure!

I tore my left pec years back, never injected in my chest F That !
Hate mine also , I have a huge crater in my pec , and if I don't stretch a lot before benching it still hurts to this day

I pinned dead center, which is actually were it tore.
It was a muscle tear not ligament.
I still get bruising when pressing at the arm delt tie in and some soreness...

Here is the golden rule mate..

"Muscles pull towards their origin"

that's just the way they pull so pecs originates from

- clavicular head
so pin gear in upper pecs (medial half of clavicle)

- sternocostal head ( inner/medial chest)

You are safer there. A LOT safer.

If people start going outwards you loading it by foreign body (gear) towards its insertions. This is where the issues could arise.

I pin chest on push alone in these areas.
I like chest shots. no issues.

1 ml of tren ace in upper pecs 30-45-1 hour before push i did. no problem.

stick to the origins sites of pec major.
