Thanks! Into diet 4 days now. I feel great and stronger than ever and still lots of energy. I'm not liking drinking all the water though. It's challenging! I'm generally not a thirsty guy.
Welterweight. I weigh about 168-170 right now. I was told I am a bit too tall for the class at almost 5"9 but I guess I gotta roll with it. I feel really good and my body has changed quite a bit the past few days since adjusting my diet and upping my water to about a gallon and a half a day. I actually feel I am getting bigger and stronger. Im gonna try and post some pics up soon. Its hard to take them and do it right by yourself.
