291 to 203 in 21 weeks

Hey Red- I would have never bet that you could shred up like that, in 21 weeks, especially the legs- you look great!

Just curious if you think that because you had dieted down before, albeit 16 years ago, had anything to do with you being able to make this huge transformation- if only mentally knowing that you can diet, do cardio, etc...

Well my lard ass started @ 291, give or take a Papa John's large pizza and 4McDoubles. 2nd pic is 8 weeks out at roughly 245, other pics are after prejudging at 203. My 2nd contest, other was 16 years ago, been back to lifting roughly 5 yrs after a 6 yr status of being MIA. Plan on competing again after umbilical hernia surgery.

Yeah I got it repaired. Can't see it to bad in my AVI. Some exercises still don't feel quite right deads, and I usually squat last so 315 is about it.

I lost about 5-7 lbs a week on average and early on was not to bad. The last 6 weeks sucked because I was behind and did 50 grams carbs day and 2 1 hr cardio sessions a day. I did this with no coach and started my fat burners way way to late and used zero anti-e's. I've wised up alot since then both with drugs and coaches.

What did you calories start out at and just how low did they go in like the last 6weeks...

I think most people really need to go LOW in the last 6weeks with cardio so i can imagine it was incredibly hard for you!!
