Sorry everyone I know I’m a noob and should not be posting advice to anyone here, but this lillio is …. Wow!! I just want to tell lillio that You and I need to be listening to these “Big Guys” they are big for a reason! They KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! We ( you and I DO NOT yet) or we would not be stuck at 180lbs! You ask for advice then shoot everything down, STOP IT! your cup is so full you can no longer accept anything. Empty it out, it seems to be full of garbage, start over and listen to the big boys… FOR THEY APPARENTLY KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY TALKING ABOUT! That’s why they have gotten so huge. Sorry everyone.

What i'd suspect most would do, since the person paying isn't going to be around in person, is that they would agree to the deal, then they'd just use 300-1000mg/wk, and then report they are using 3 grams, lol.

I also used to struggle with gaining weight. If you really want to surpass 180 lbs my advise to you is eat more calories through fat. Workout only 4 days per week ( no cardio). 1 gram of test e or c weekly and 200 mgs of Tren ace weekly should do the trick. You can hit 200 pounds plus with this simple stack. Tren makes you hungrier than other anabolics. That’s why they give it to cattle before they kill them. But don’t use high dosages or it will cause heartburn.
