2nd cycle/Stacking Sust.,Nan Deca, & Cyp

1st of all, I'm 43 - 180 lbs 6ft thinner build with just a little extra Fat-tissue around the lower abs section. Done martial arts since I was about 7. Did my first Cycle this begging of this year. had some 1/2 way decent rersults with test Cyp 1ml a week at 1st then 3rd week raised it to 1 1/2 ml (300mg) and added anavar 20 mg a day did the Cyp for 11 weeks. & the anavar 5mg tabs x 4 tabs (20mg) a day for 8 weeks. I got some good results after i started eatn rite, and then did not do any Post recovery cycle. and lost about 60% of all my gain but got some nice shape that stayed with me by working hard through the cycle. its been over 3months now, and i have ordered 5 x 5ml. - 250mg/ml Sustaject. And 14 x 2ml. vials of Nandrolone Decanoate 100mg/ml. + i got 2 x 5ml vials of test Cyp.
I figure following up post cycle with Clomid. 300mg 1st day, 100mg ED the following 2 weeks and 50mg ED for the next week.
MY QUESTION IS : Is it okay to throw in a little Test Cyp. With Sustaject & Deca ???
AND Can any1 suggest a good way to run this cycle? Im looking to bulk up real good this cycle then do a Good Cutting Cycle , for my 3rd Cycle next time.

First off RUN. TENNY will eventually see this thread and itll be a mess. second read alittle more on how different testosterone esters work and what an ester actually is. youll answer your own question about the sust and cyp. use the search feature on here and it will answer all of this for ya.
 
People really got to understand the point of esters in testosterone at some point. I got a friend who wanted to do something like this because "sus" keeps him leaner and test e makes him bigger in his mind. So his solution was to take em both lol. I told him countless times test is test...but nobody seems to listen.
This is one of those cases too apparently :rolleyes:
 
ehh ill just spell it out. Heres really what your looking at. take prop, cyp and suspension. look at the names here, Testosterone Proponate. What that means is the testosterone molecule was changed in such a fashion that your bodies ability to absorb/use it is limited to a specific rate. this rate is called the half life. off the top of my head i forget what the half life of prop is but lets say 3 days for an easy number. that means that if you inject 100mg today, in three days you have 50mg left, 3 days later, 25, 3 more days 12.5 until you have 0. Test E is has a 14 day halflife. no esther test is used by the body in a few hours. so when your looking at a blend like sust theyre combining different esters so that a specific given amount is useable at various times. so if you add your cyp to the sust all your really doing is increasing the total doseage of testosterone. sust has prop, and phenyl prop in it so IMO(thats important) i feel its best administered every 3 days or so. cyp i believe is between 10 and 14 days halflife, so a once a week administration is just fine. theres a list of steroid profiles BIG A posted in the articles forum that you really should read.
 
for what its worth , im 44, my first cycle was 500 enth for 8 weeks pinned 250 sun and thurs


my second will be enth pinned 100mg eod, so some weeks 300mg and some 400mg


imo, its not so much the amount of what your taking, but more how your taking it......................ive had 6 months to study in between ;)


secondly, i can barely read that

and thirdly , at 43, id be leaning more towards trt than pct..................my natty levels went into the toilet at 43, so i climbed on the juice wagon at 44 for the first time, why not


and lastly, you should be eating right b4 you start

Im new this Yes, But i figure the best way to learn is read and if able, Ask Questions from those who are more wise & have knowledge than myself. I will be reading the links that have been suggested. testosterone suspension has no ester attached to it so it is used in the body verry rapidly. it was just a reference to the different names on the labels of the bottles.


TRT means testosterone replacement therapy. It is doctor prescribed. I have to be honest with you though. you dont know nearly enough to be taking any steroids at this point. Please take you time and do an aditional 6-12 months of research into what your about to put into your body and the posibilities of what can go wrong.

I am eating well and healthy with close to double my wieght in proteins as suggested by my Nutritionist. And I am taking Creatine, Vitamins< Whey protien Shakes by A M P , TRIPLE XXX MASS Gainer Protien shakes, Casean, ( Dont know if i spelled that rite) And glutamine.
I jog 2 miles a day 4 to 5 days a week. Mixed Martial Arts 3 to 5 days a week. been trying to work hard on my Core. Want a 6pack back that i used to have before a Injury to the back put me out of everything for about 18 months.
I Would really like a suggestion on a plan or routine of a way to stack my Supplements. If any one has their own suggestions that will work.
I was thinking 1 ml of sust and 1 ml of deca every Monday & Friday or Thrusday. so it would be 500mg sust a week and 200 mg of deca a week.
Any suggestions considering the amount i have to work with ? I also have a bottle and a half of anavar 5mg tabs left.

Hey no harm done with that. I have a doctor who last week once to put me on testosterone perscription. Because yes levels are low very low. as he says... But I would aprriciate a suggestion for what would be a better way to go for a simple process of bulking up a little. Any advice on that. also ive learned from my first cycle that any back pain i had while or after working out or from constant pain that will always be there.... I hardly flet it was an issue while on my first cycle. SO of course Im really intersted and its got my attention.

Please hold off and do more research. I would work on your supplements and diet first. you really can push a body pretty far without AAS. yes there will be a limit to what you can do but you would be surprised how far that can be. I have been trainign AAS free for close to a year now and you can ask Phil Hernon what can be done naturally. i JUST sent him new pics to assess before we start training together again. im not built like TENNY or LENNY or B-BOY but im happy with my progress at this point. so seriously id spend the next 12 months learning. then youll have a more effective plan.

If your doctor prescribes you HRT, take it as directed until you have done your research. thats really hte best advice i can give you. start a thread in the members logs section and keep a diet and training log there. The help you will get will be 100% more effective than any advice on AAS at this point for you.
 
As stated REPEATEDLY to threads like this, do some research and hire a trainer like Phil, Alex, or Shelby. They will get you on the right track eating and training wise. There are too many variable for anyone to map out a cycle for you, and nobody is going to do it for you. Do a search of "cycle" and you'll see peoples responses when they ask how to run a cycle, that will be your answer. There are probably 300 threads
 
All true. tkav has been very kind. :D

All the AAS you'll need for some great improvements will come from your Testosterone Replacement Therapy. This by itself will make a huge difference. Just do as your doctor says for a while and concentrate on your diet and training and reading.

Also, if you start TRT, your doc is gonna want tests in a month and maybe for several months. If you are taking 500mg Sust, it's gonna come back way higher than TRT doses. Your doc may pull the TRT as he thinks something is wrong, or knows you're using something on the side.

TRT is blessing for 40 somethings, I wouldn't mess with it too much. You have a huge advantage with TRT, in that you can experience training and AAS and get your diet straight without wasting a couple cycles to figure it out.

Where I live, we're on our own. Docs in most of the EU think TRT is a US/UK fad. We just get told, "Well, you're getting old" and handed some Viagra whether we need it or not. So Enjoy!

you either need to do it every other day because of the half life of the prop. Or one guy got good results buy taking advantage of the time release properly and doind 3-4ccs every sixdays works well with the ester layout.
 
Thanks for all teh great words and advice. Just had a order come-in. And was amazed by the turn around time i got. Internationally 4 days with a National Holiday falling in the middle of it. It would be nice if somebldy could tell Me about EC ( eurochem labs& Norma) I beleive them to be good repitable legitt Manufactures. Any input?

Shoot that shit up dawg dont worry about it u will get jacked in no time. once them sust babies kick in u will be PUMPED for a workout just give it your all and always go heavy. Eat alot of shit man, just ravage the cupboards. carbs, protene,Fats, try some china buffett after a workout atleast once a week.
Look into a pct so u can recover properly
