Hi! I am Benzy and found this forum through a friend. I see all the knowledge that surrounds this forum and was hoping someone could help me out.

My Stats

Weight 198 lbs
Height 5'11"
Age 30
Body Fat percentage is 18.3%

I am just finishing off a 8 week cycle of Supertest 900mg/week and eq 400mg/week.

I found that I did increase muscle and lost some fat however the products I was using I don't feel were of great or good quality. I have taken just a cycle once long ago of test and felt me being on the test. With these products thus far I have not felt any change at all. Just on my test days when I shot I get headaches for the first few days badly.

I really want to bulk up as most do. However I don't want something that is really going to retain that much water or that I would lose that much weight when the cycle stops. Please suggest some great products and dosage please.

I do workout 5 days a week right now and when I am not on anything then I would drop down to 4 days a week.

First, you gotta get that body fat down brother. I would like to see your diet please. How did you calculate your body fat? I mean at your body fat you would have to lose about 18lbs to get to 10% bf.

Second, here is what I would run...

1-4 50mg a day oral turanibol
1-14 500mg test e (human grade)
1-12 600mg eq
12-16 50 mg a day oral turanibol or anavar
2-16 HCG 250iu 2x a week
1-16 arimidex .25mg e3d (increase dosage or frequency if bloat or gyno come on)

Last, I would not run this cycle until you get your diet in check, I mean strict. I would say if you get to 14% then start and if your diet stays good, and your intensity is high in the gym, you should shed a few more %'s of bf and gain some muscle.

I will list the diet when I get home. I have it written down there. Right now I am not on any plan. My body fat was based off the Fat Loss Monitor I have from GNC. I own 2 gyms. We use it for our clients and it varies up to 2%. I would love your help on dieting as of course as many that is my hardest area to complete! I can tell you my diet when I get home. If you have any sample plans that I should follow, I would love to see them! Again, Thanks a ton lvoe the site and the feedback!

I think you should forget the next cycle for now. Fix your diet. Get your body fat under 12%. Then lean bulk to 200lbs naturaly. Don't try and make excuses because I have heard them all and I know you can do it. No offense but you are scrawny and pudgy right now. At 10% you are going to look anorexic. You need to get in shape before you cycle. Cycles are supposed to be used to break through genetic plateau's when your natural growth is completely tapped out. To be perfectly honest I think you are either lying about the doses in your cycle, or you just don't know shit from bricks about dieting and training.

I am not lying about the dose in my cycle. I am 100% sure of what I have told you. I plan on getting my diet in check! I know I can do it. I am not a spur of the moment person. That's why I am planning things out now. My cardio was lacking in previous years. I have been working out for a few years with wanting to try some products. I waited 2 years before I have. Then I order some products which I have explained above. I am here to get my diet straight and get the knowledge needed for the next cycle. That's why I am posting. I know a lot about training and dieting is something that is becoming more important for me. That's why I am making the changes necessary to see the proper results. As I have also said above, I have been eating with the wife and it has not been good as of late. Good news is she is about to pop any day and we can move past the last minute hunger.

So bigjuicy with that being said. Know this. I know about training. So lets talk about dieting. Please give me a recommended plan that would be fit what I need. That would be a great way of helping me.

Exactly! We can't help you unless you are willing to help yourself bro. If I were you I would be jumping at the chance. Consultations with a trainer can be spendy. Right now you have some knowledgable dudes that are willing to take time out of their days to help you for FREE with your diet. Just post it.
