We're all thinking he's saying something different. OP will have to clarify, do you mean you're currently doing elliptical (cardio) 4x weekly but want to go to 2x weekly (cardio+calisthenics)? This may sound strange, but it's better to alternate cardio+calisthenics eow with your split (e.g., bis, tris, lats / back, legs) eow (biweekly). Don't believe me, but it's true.
