ive been training 3 days a week for the last 2 years.
maintaining is all about intensity....ive pick up intensity as of late
and im growing a bit.
training has stayed the same.
chest, back.
arms, delts.
legs.
if i feel i need to hit something again during the week.
i do it with leg day.....last week i hit rear delts and traps after legs.
ive maintained 260 with abs for 2 years, and 40 years old.
