I live in Brazil I am three months League rookies of bodybuilding I'll post some pictures to assess and monitor my current diet I'll post later my English is very bad: (not repair will compete for junior IFBB.

Looking solid. I know how hard it is to be a bodybuilder in Brazil: limited access to supplements, gyms can be expensive and it's not very popular. Are you competing in the Brazil Championships? I have a very good friend who won his class (heavy's) three years ago and competed at the Arnold Amateur two years ago. I lived in Sao Paulo for a year (2008) and trained with him. Where do you live and train? Maybe I could arrange for the two of you to meet. He could provide a lot of guidance for you. Keep up the good work. It always makes me happy to see Brazilian Bodybuilidng grow and to stay updated. I might be down there again later this year visiting (my wife is Brazilian and her whole family is there in Sao Paulo - we go a lot).
