....i have been training consistantly in a 5 day a week split for around 6 to 8 months..... before was a quick run at DC but was very short lived because of lack of training partners wanting to do it or lack of partners at all.... i started my first cycle 3 weeks ago.. work in a very labor intensive job for 8 hours a day and hit the gym for about 45 mins to 1 hour a night plus 30 mins of cardio..... i might be overtraining... stregth is going up in the gym but i think that is because of the cycle.... would it hurt me to go to a MON- WENDS- FRi split and do cardio 5 days a week starting now or should i just keep doing what im doing?
