What do you do for arms, they are huge. I think you look good at 3 weeks out
chris, arent you doing alot more cardio than usual. this could be one of the problems with your legs.

3. I agree but i would guess on the low side, right at about 15 lbs.... actually i would like to see you carbed up more and your muscle pushing against your skin to really take a better guess.
chris just keep chugging at it bro, you look tired, I can tell your doing a lot of cardio. Stick to your game plan and see it through till the end. learn from your mistakes and learn from what you did right and use it for your next showing. Good luck at the north americans, i wish i could go
