2. Legs are separated, not lean.
3. I am guessing another 15-20 pounds to be HARD AND LEAN.

#1 - Agreed especially hamstring are behind.

Any comments about his lower back?

:eek: I'd say maybe 3 0r 4 lbs of fat and 5-8lbs of water and maybe not even that much. Those outside pics of you showed you have very little fat. My money is on you being a big and full heavyweight.

GUYS I JUST WANT TO SAY THANKS FOR THE HONESTY...I KNOW IM A BEHIND...I SHOULD HAVE FOCUS MORE ON CONDITIONING THAN HOLDING ON TO MY SIZE...BUT ITS A LEARNING PROCESS...I GUESS IT'S BACK TO PROTEIN AND GREEN VEGES FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS...

OH YEAH ONE MORE THING...I DONT KNOW WHATS UP WITH MY LEGS THIS YEAR...NORMALLY THEY COME IN FIRST AND THEN MY UPPER BODY.....BUT THIS YEAR IM FIGHTING IT, TO GET MY HAMS AND FRONT QUADS TO COME IN GOOD...ESTROGEN PROBLEMS ???

for arms nothing special...the main different this year..Is I have put bis/tris in the same workout...I do about 12-15 sets (depending on my energy levels) and keep the reps around 10-12 for bis...Tri's are around 15-20 (elbows)...Thats about it...

chris, arent you doing alot more cardio than usual. this could be one of the problems with your legs.

edge250- Yeah I have been doing about 2 hrs a day...But my plan is to cut back some this week...(1 hrs to 1.5 hrs) then at 2 weeks out just 45 mins to 30 mins a day...then a week out cut it out totally...

3. I agree but i would guess on the low side, right at about 15 lbs.... actually i would like to see you carbed up more and your muscle pushing against your skin to really take a better guess.

chris just keep chugging at it bro, you look tired, I can tell your doing a lot of cardio. Stick to your game plan and see it through till the end. learn from your mistakes and learn from what you did right and use it for your next showing. Good luck at the north americans, i wish i could go :(

you will be fine just keep doing what your doing and it will come together. i think your about 10-15 lbs away-with water off. stick to your plan and dont do anything drastic cuz thats when people screw up.
