hows it guys im at 3 weeks out these pics were 4 weeks out... How am i looking... Be honest... Thanks... i will post the new ones later tonite....

If those pics were from 4 weeks out you are looking pretty much on time. Don't try to do anything dramatic from this poiny on just hone out your physique. Hit the posing practice hard and squeeze the muscles hard and hold the poses. This will help bring out more detail. Just nail your condition from here till the show. Looking good bro.

Personally I think you look great in terms of conditioning and just need to really dial it in. I'd like to see how you look now that it's closer to 3 weeks out.

Now for the feedback: The lower right side of your back seems to be pulling to the right and a bit upwards. I'm not sure if you were flexing that side harder or what but it's noticeable.

Your hamstrings obviously need to come out alot more.

I'd like to see a front double and rear double with your calves in the picture as well.

Im 24 years old 5'6 180 lbs... Trying for middle weights... Yah i know my hams suck... But ill concentrate on them off season...

3 weeks out 4th low carb day... 2mrrow high day... Im at 180 lbs do u think ill make weight at 176... bf % by 24 hour fittness 4 site at 7 %...
