thks woody, i started off doing 30 min. 3 xs a week, then swiched to 30 min.5x wk. just started double sessions to try and get the fat off my ass these remaining wks, 45 in morning and 45 in evening very low intensity. my 30 min sessions 3x a week were H.I.T. style

chris got 2nd out of three very good superheavy's, the guy that won his class was a fucking beast, thick as hell, if he would have nailed his conditioning right it was his show IMHO. chris looked good but just hadn't peaked, nothing like the pics from him last year dieted down!
