Re: Glad to see this happen...
I actually read that and though WOW that does not sound logical.
I have NEVER read anything about this so I am just thinking out loud.
Say you are 15% BF with 40lbs of muscle how would you have a faster metabolism at 10% BF with 35 lbs of muscle?
Princess Bicep, perhaps your amount of muscle went up thereby increasing your metabolism. Not just the fact that your BF % was lower.
As I say I am not saying it is wrong but my logic meter went off when I read this.

P.S. PrincesBicep. Interesting idea r.e. increased metabolic rate as you become leaner. Have you substantiated this with morning temperature values?... This idea would run against anything I have ever read / heard / seen r.e. body fat homeostasis. Maybe you were taking more thermos as you got leaner?.. Figured out what kind of diet worked best for you?... Were adjusting your kcal unknowingly?... (Dieting is easier when you are leaner - you see the results, untill of course you're really lean and suffering pitifully... 8^) )
