3 years transformation

I just crossed over the three year threshold! Left photo was me at 263, the right was 184. Natty outside of therapeutic/standard TRT. Ready to start my second chapter.

Thank you, still trying to work on it. Just want to be better than I was before!

No, I don’t believe so. Or maybe I should say that if I did I was/am unaware. I do think my hormones were wonky at that time. It was about 3 months after that when I discovered that my T was around 300.
