30 and doc start me on trt

hi guys im 30 and found out my test levels were 200 so the doc started me on 200mg test c a week. was wondering how many 30 year old guys on here are on trt right now. is this nornal at this age? do you feel like it improved your life being on test all the time?

I got started on HRT at 32, 200mg Test Cyp per week.

Energy level has increased, sex drive, maintain muscle easier, and just a general overall good feeling.

do you take anything for estrogen? doc said i didnt have to worry about that.

Yes I am very prone to estrogen, so I take 1mg Adex 3x per week to keep my levels normal.

Alright. My doc didn't even want to check my estrogen levels when he does labs. But I told him to. Guess I'll know in a month when I have labs done. Is there anything else i should be looking for? Or be doing?

Depends many trt protocols include hcg for maintaining some testicular function and the ai to keep estrogen under control or within normal range

Mine always checks estrogen to make sure everything is ok. Just keep an eye on things, I have noticed that the more informed you are about things the more it helps with some of these doctors.

Thanks for the info guys. I guess I need to keep on my doc about this. Should I ask him to Prescribe AI to me or hcg? Is the hcg really need if I'm not going to be having kids anymore. I'm getting clipped here in a week.
