1 week before i start my next prep for my show classic bodybuilding up to 175cm.
here is my rebound post show after 30 days. stuck to my diet and slowly introduced calories back. kept good condition i feel and great starting point for this prep.
Considering using a coach this time maybe Marc lob-liner, matt porter to expensive 400 dollar month. March charge 220 dollar month or maybe ill just do it my self but the problem is the carb up process the weigh in is at 11am and prejudging is at 1.30-2pm. not enough time to fill up
was thinking to do a Pre contest log so you can follow my progress
what you guys think?
