30 day post contest rebound

1 week before i start my next prep for my show classic bodybuilding up to 175cm.

here is my rebound post show after 30 days. stuck to my diet and slowly introduced calories back. kept good condition i feel and great starting point for this prep.

Considering using a coach this time maybe Marc lob-liner, matt porter to expensive 400 dollar month. March charge 220 dollar month or maybe ill just do it my self but the problem is the carb up process the weigh in is at 11am and prejudging is at 1.30-2pm. not enough time to fill up

was thinking to do a Pre contest log so you can follow my progress

what you guys think?

Don't stress so much about the carbup, you look great before you mess around with carbup/water. Just keep your normal diet and water and then eat a little extra the night before the show.

Still not start my diet for my show yet. next week i will start my pre contest prep will be 8 weeks out.

25 feb is show day. here in thailand they have the Weigh in same day as the predjuging. only gives you 3 hour to carb up as i will be tight to make the weight.

11am: 77kg weigh in
13.30-14.00 predjuging

Problem is i know my body night before carb up won't fill me up because once i go flat it takes longtime to fill me up again. my metabolism is sky rocket and my body don't want to hold the carbs

my goal this prep is really bring some next level condition to the stage we talking talking about 4-4.5% bf levels.

can it be done in 8 weeks? I wanna be ready early to at least 2 weeks out.
