So I won 30ml of Test suspension in a contest on facebook and im getting hold of it tomorrow hopefully. I'll be doing 1ml per day of Test suspension 100mg/ml, I'll be injecting it into my shoulders 3 x a week and the other shots will be in my triceps.

Hoping to see some form of growth as I've been off gear for about 15 weeks after being on for a very long time. I'm currently 260lbs at 6ft1, and about 17-18% bodyfat.

Sample dayily diet (food sources change a lot, I hate eating boring food):
Meal 1: 6 Eggs, 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2: 240g white fish, 300g white potato, 1/2 a garlic bread
Meal 3: 240g white fish, 300g white potato, 1/2 a garlic bread
Meal 4: 200+g of sirloin steak, 1 avocado, 50g olives + feta cheese
Meal 5: 220g chicken or turkey, 300g white potato, 2 slices white bread, 5 tbsp. houmous
Post workout shake: 2 scoops whey, 6 egg whites, 2 Rowntree's fruit pastels lollies (I know...)
Meal 6: 3-4 Roast beef sandwiches, 2 slices halloumi cheese
Meal 7: 1 turkey roasting joint with 200g roast potato's and 200g parsnips + green veg

Here are some pics of my starting point.
Arms are 17.5 inches, i'll be training arms 3 x a week with moderate volume

I train everything else 2 x a week, low volume for upper body, high volume for legs.

Good luck and welcome to the pain lol. Most of that stuff hurts like hell. I did a 30 day run and tapped out. Couldn't take the pip anymore
 
Day 1

- So the oil is so flipping thin it flew out of the vial
- Pinned in my quad 1 hour before training chest and shoulders
- Literally 0 pain, smoothest shot I've ever done
- Oil smells really weird though, like a mix between sweaty pussy and cleaning chemicals
- Dumbbell pressed 60kg for 3 reps, 100kg for 9 reps and 120kg for 4 reps (combiend weight of dumbbells, im not ronnie.c), then incline pressed 100kg and paused at the bottom for 6 solid reps, then finished with pec deck flies and did the full stack for 8 reps
- Makes you super fucking strong, but not much noticeabkle agression
- Sweat stinks after the shot, like wet dog and vagina combined
- 4 hours after shot, leg is a little numb, nothing major (i don't do quad shots often)

Diet today:
M1: 8 eggs, 2 scoops whey
M2: half a lasagne (i know)
M3: the other half of the lasgane
M4: 2 scoops whey isolate, 2 tbsp. olive oil
M5: 2 scoops whey isolate + 1 bag of jelly beans
M6: 150g chicken, 100-125g veg, 125g whtie rice + chinese sauce
M7: 2 turkey steaks + 2 slices bread
M8: - probably going to be chicken and steak
M9: - probably going to be 4-5 beef sandwiches with cheese

Not a good day of eating, will rectify this tomorrow, digestion has been fucked and I can't stomach anything bland and horrible, been sick last 2 days. Normal diet is a lot cleaner.
