32oz 2000 Calorie Shake - WTF FDA?

IMO i dont even think it looks that good. You can eat a whole Digornio with those contents but get a good 40+grams of protien.

i am beginning to hate that word (bulking) too.

if you can only add muscle in that extreme state of calorie surplus, you are obviously overtraining.

I can practically eat anything and stay below 10%.
For me personally eating clean didn't do shit for me.
I am an ectomorph with a very good metabolism, if I don't eat junk I don't gain and when I gain, It looks good on me, not that bloated shit.

Many have said some fat in your diet pwo is alright. Muscle Milk is popular, having more fat content than others.Many people respond well to some fatty foods and efas. They say to drink a high sugar/glycemic protein drink pwo, which is fattening. Carbs are fattening so how is it your supposed to eat nothing that is fattening? :rolleyes:

You gotta remember though... a lot of fat like that really slows down the absorption rate of nutrients. Not something you want in a PWO shake.
 
Some fat pwo is benefitial. Unless your using insulin I dont see why you cant have a tbsp or two of evoo with your shake. All muscle building nutrients.
