I can practically eat anything and stay below 10%.
For me personally eating clean didn't do shit for me.
I am an ectomorph with a very good metabolism, if I don't eat junk I don't gain and when I gain, It looks good on me, not that bloated shit.

Some fat pwo is benefitial. Unless your using insulin I dont see why you cant have a tbsp or two of evoo with your shake. All muscle building nutrients.
