35 yr guy need help

Here's a guy who trained for over 14 years but stoped 2 or 3 years ago.
He's currently 35 yr in age, his stats are very good. Still he's great in size.
Now he was asking me to help him grow lean & then big, as i've some good knowledge on steroids but i aint very good too. Anyways i know i can get him big but i dont know how to make him lean :D
I would start training him with 4 days cardio per week but can anyone guide me how to get him lean, i mean some good diet plan plus what dosage of should be given to him ?
I am thinking to make him going on a cycle of test ( sugest me which one ), deca, winstrol, arimidex then pct

Can some gurus suggest what should be his diet and dosage? for getting lean

I'll try to make it as simple as it can be.

Diet:

Each week you cut carbs from one of his meals from last to first, so in 6 weeks he will be totally depleted. Every time you cut carbs you add equal ammount of protein. Clean and whole foods. No junk. Have a high carb day every 10 days or every sunday to make it easier.

Training:

45m light cardio every morning before breakfast, except leg days.
Standard weight training, Mon/Wed/Fri.

Drugs: 14 weeks

Test Cyp or En. 500mg/week
Eq 500mg/week
Arimidex 0.5mg eod
Hcg 250iu twice a week
Do a search on Clen and T3 because I have never used these.
Standard PCT.

Just my 2 cents here unknown but I would run test cyp, test prop for 4 weeks and stan. Keep the diet ultra clean with about 500gms protein p/day and carbs 300-400gms and low fat. Dose wise all I can say is low and slow. Cyp prob around 200-300mg/wk and prop 100mg e3d. Yes cardio 3-4 days a week but on an empty stomach. Pref 1st am upon waking. But keep it apart from weight sessions. Save the arimi till he actually starts to get a bit leaner or unless he needs it sooner.

Glad to help, keep in mind that oldfella knows a lot more than me... :p

Keep an eye on how he reacts to eq, since it could get him too hungry to diet and maybe hold some water. I mentioned EQ because I go along very well with it. Winny would definitely make him drier, but I really don't like winny.
You may want to switch to test prop and var later in the cycle.

Everyone is unique, so I'd say do primo instead of eq. He's probably used primo before and liked it. Winny tabs 30-40mg per day if needed later on the cycle. Liver protection is needed. Keep it simple, slow and steady. He will be lean in no time...
 
Winnie inj is better. EOD. I would do the first three maybe four weeks strict diet. No junk. Then have the junk meal one in every fourteen days. His body willl be primed for it then.

I hate any winny, but I hate injectable more. Can't stand suspensions...
