4:1:1 BCAA from TP not tolerable!

I use both BCAA Plus from TN and Xtend and there are two things I have found to help them dissolve better ( this is in regards to non instantized BCAA ).

1) Mix them up the night before your workout

2) Mix them in water at room temperature ( then throw them in the fridge )


Dante do you guys have any other sour type of flavors in the work for TN?

those are instantized and will mix in water. (if you let it sit for a few minutes it will even dissolve more...myself i just down it after i mix it)

then you just add the lemonade stix or whatever tart flavoring you like (tart works best with bcaa's as they are naturally sour) and down it

This is great stuff , I mix it with 25-30g powdered lemon-lime gatordade with creatine and glutamine as my intra workout shake
