Just a couple of quick tips because I see you are new

1. This is not BODYBUILDING.COM
2. Marilyn is a NPC Competitor, in other words she does all those hardcore things that many don't ie...depletion, cutting water, standing on stage under bright lights with an auditorium full of people, with people judging you. The judging criteria doesn't include bouncing quarters off of asses, shooting ping pong balls, or anything else that might be done at a strip club.
3. When talking about Male or Female competitors the terms are "glutes", gluteous maximus, back view, back, rear, etc.. We have a thread here for girls who show their asses for guys who like to look at asses.
4. This is not BODYBUILDING.COM
5. Be respectful of the females on here, they are few and far between and we
can all learn something from them.

I am a hard worker, so I guess it passes on to things, and I have to say, I really enjoy it:D.....and you're right, its worth it!!!

I don't believe in complaining or whinning either:), but...today, I woke up with a bad cold ...I started feeling sick yesterday:(

The last thing I want to do is skip a work out right now:mad:

Any tips on getting over flu/cold symptoms fast?

Just my opinion here but... I believe you will get over the flue symtoms quick.. your immune system is in overdrive and you will fight off most virus or anything to throw your system off balance..

That did not sound very much like a tip on getting over how you feel right now but my best bet is that you will shake it off and get right back on track.. Your body has a routine it follows and it does not want any interference..

It sounds like your super motivated and thats really what it takes..
See as competitors it would be silly to complain, we chose to do this.. that must mean we love it...:)

Marylin you look great. Since you started posting here, it's obvious you've changed your physique quite a bit. It would be interesting to hear how much your strength has progressed in your key lifts along the way too, if you have some time.

I remember you posted a video a while back of you doing decline presses and you mentioned you squat a lot. What were your numbers when you started out and what are you doing now?
