New member - 4 days out to 1st NPC competition

Hi,

I am a new member to this forum and would like some feedback on my physique. I am doing my 1st NPC Figure show this Saturday, June 7th.

Any honest critiques/advice would be appreciated.

Ummmm tan? That would really be the only thing I see wrong. Hopefully the judges prefer the harder look (they should) because if so you should do very well. It's tough to do figure since the judging is usually all over the place. Good luck and you look great!

I was thinking the same... But you do have an amazingly hard look! Personally I am a fan of that look!

I've been hearing about the judges wanting a softer look too much already. So I was pleased to read " bring the package that most pleases you" in your reply b/c that's exactly what I plan to do as a 1st time NPC figure competitor...after all, it's not a Hawaiian Tropic bikini contest (at least it shouldn't be).

I agree. Bring in the package you want as long as YOU are happy.

From my eyes, you look perfect! I'm sure you're going to place in the top 5, as the judges will appreciate your conditioning, your posing and the balance you've achieved. You'll be making a tremendous impact in the future if you continue to compete. Good luck!

Everyone here feels you are perfect, as do I, but the judges these days cannot make up their damn minds...SOFT HARD...decide so these women can stop pulling their hair out.

Unfortunately I've heard that this is exactly the look that the head judge (can't remember his name) said they are going towards. Still do what makes you happy, I like your look.

u look great and i agree bring what makes YOU happy.. only thing i would change.... is the color of the suit.. with you having dark hair.. i would go with a deep pink color or even blues.... that pale color wouldnt be my first choice even with pro tan on

First, you look fantastic. A lot of hard work there and for your fist outing you look tremendous.

Steping on stage for me is a very personal thing. It is about competeing and doing well. But I do it for me! I always try to bring the absolute best condition I can to that stage. If I am happy with my physique and my look in the day then that is what matters. This is your first show and I will say you have just about nailed your conditioning. Just put the finishing touches on it and go kill em. If it is not what the judges are looking for you will be talked about amongst them and your peers on stage, you will be noticed for bringing a level of condition to the stage that the others will envy.

I totally agree with you. A girl should look like she trains with weights...

...not someone who does the treadmill, some crunches and diets. You look terrific!

There are getting to be a lot more female competitors on the board who look awesome. You ARE ANOTHER! Stick around and welcome to the board.
