224.6 this am carb depleted for 4 days
Damn , you gonna try to stay depleted and sneak into the heavyweights rather than super heavies?
a few more days would be rough but if you could weigh in early and load up you'd be a fuckin monster compaired to everybody else in that class i think unless some jacked up midget shows up
Not sure how the weigh in and comps gor for Jr nats , if you weigh on friday even than compete Saturday or whatever , I have a biddy that is short and thick as fuck and manages to sneak into middles but ends up on stage as a light heavy. He runs his water real high 2.5-3 gallons a day thursday and friday , cuts it 2hr before weigh in only sipping , does an enama a couple hrs pre weigh in and as soon as he makes weight ponds water again till 9PM.
10PM he takes 20iu Humalog and eats a low fat peoptart every 10 min for 2.5 hrs. wakes at 5am , takes 20 iu humalog and eats another 10-12 poptarts to finish filling up and drying out
I watched hi do it once and though it was gonna be a total train wreck but he had done it 4 times before in trail runs.
