4 to 6 ius?

I read an article by tom prince where he says that any more than 4 to 6 ius of gh a day is a waste of money.
Any thoughts on this?

Considering that an average, normal, healthy adult produces 4IU a day, I say he pulled that info out of his...

I think that any more than 4-6 i.u's is going to be more negative than positive. you'll end up spending more money and the gains-to-sides ratio will start to get shitty. keep the dosage lower and do it for a longer amount of time.

Everybody has they're own theory here, Prince says 4 - 6 , BIG A says 15.

We all need to remember that each drug effects each person diffriently, I might need 1000mgs and you might need 2000, or 500, dbol might work for you, or cause cramps and make it impossiable for me to work out. I mean sure tom prince is a pro and we all would love to be as big as him, but you are not him, 4ius is a good starting dose for people, BIG A is advanced and found the right dose for him, maybe tom did the same. Another thing to remember is that on the chad board these guys use their real name and get tell you everything they want to, liablity/contract issues.
 
If you are a normal, healthy, average person in your 20's, your body will produce about 4IU a day. When you take GH, it works on a feedback loop just like test does. So, when you take 4IU, if you are the above normal person, then those 4IU will shut down your natural production and just simply replace it. You are not any better off than being natural.
There's a huge difference at 10IU compared to 4IU and the sides are minimal.

Of course, the above doesn't apply if you are older and your body has stopped producing GH - 4IU will make a huge difference compared to nothing at all.
 
I trust what you are saying about the 4ius I am 27 and I get great gains and allways have with just 4ius. but it just might be me.
 
So with me being 20, what's the least I should start with? I was thinking 4iu's a day, but after hearing this I'm thinking 6-8iu should be the minimum. BTW, I'm 277, 15-18% bf, and 6'3".
 
My impression

Upon reading TP's post was that taking more than that amount per DOSE would be a waste. Meaning if you were to exceed that dose, it should be broken up throughout the day. I could be mistaken though.
 
Not everything that is printed in articles is gonna be their real thoughts, he maybe just doesn't want all of us catching up :)
