4 weeks out: anavar or winstrol?

A friend of mine will be competing soon. Assuming he is in good shape and quite lean by 4 weeks out, would running anavar for the final 4 weeks would be enough time to get the desired results of hardening up more, or would winstrol be a better choice if only ran for 4 weeks?

Any input would be great. Thanks

Anavar for sure. Burns fat and gives you incredible strength at 100+mg per day even on a calorie-restricted diet. Do your research and go with a top notch sponsor on here. There are some good ones. Follow the Var Wars and you'll get more info.

I’m running 100mg var and 100mg of winny together. Why not do both.

I did them both on my last prep but at 50mg var and 100mg winni. Best conditioning I’ve had yet!
