Ok here's the thing guys. I'm 4 weeks out from my second contest and I need some advice about somethings. I'm 5'10.5 200 pounds now, I was 228 before I started my diet. Here's what I need help with. I'm haveing problem with some excess skin. It just will not tighten up. See I have some stretch marks on my stomach from where I use to be a fat A$$ when I was a kid and they never went away. Plus I have questions about the whole carbing up thing the few days before the contest. What should I eat lol. I ate half a bake potato last year the night before around 2 in the morning and then some pancakes early the next morning. I did get 5th in the novice class but I basicly crash dieted because I dropped 30 lbs in 6 weeks. So guys what can I do to fix my problem with the excess skin and what would you guys advise me to eat or try during the carb up phase? (I'll get pics if that will help with any suggestions about any of the problems I'm havin)
