I was doing as much as 2 hours a day on the treadmill but now I'm doing zero.

I'm just under 5'7 and my weight was 177 yesterday morning.

Here's what I had last night. It was AMAZING

Middle Eastern carryout:
lamb and chicken shwarma over rice with pine nuts and garlic sauce
fresh pita loaves and lentil soup

and:
1 toasted raisin bagel with almond butter and honey
1 blueberry muffin
1 big oatmeal raisin cookie
1 peanut butter Clif bar
1 bag of Macadamia Choc. Chip cookies
about 2/3 pint of Haagen Daz Caramel Cone ice cream
