4 weeks out Excalibur

Fredrik from sweden again.

Posted some pics after my last year show.
And now Iám going over to US and do the Excalibur show

At this pics ( last saturday) Iám at (239.58 lbs) 108,9 kg
Iám 172 cm tall (5.9)

So this week I´ve droped some water weight just to see how I look
so this morning my weight was down at (227.5 lbs)

Will take new pics tomorrow or atleast this weekend.
Will update 1-2 times per week at my website.

a little constructive criticism if i may.

your legs are very strong from the front view, in the last pic from the side, your hams look a little weak, making your legs appear to be smaller. it maybe the lighting but from the pic that is what i got from it, so maybe some more hamstring developement in the off season
