You're a little behind where I would want to be for 4 weeks out. Keep on the grind though, I don't know you or your body so this might be perfect for you at this point. You're holding decent fullness.
If this picture is post workout, I suggest posting pics in the am if you are looking for real advice here. Post workout, muscles are blurred and although you look swole, your condition is blurred.

Thanks for the advise. I'm not sure if I am where I need to be, this is my first show. Is there a correct way to catch up? At this point, I have 3.5 week? Any help would be appreciated.
 
What I should ask is, is there a way to drop fat quicker, without losing muscle? I am already doing cardio twice per day.

Start with better pics, taken in am, not after training.

I really can't answer that, as I don't know how long or HOW you have been dieting.

There are 100 ways to skin a cat. Lower carbs, HIIT cardio, etc.

You are in decent shape. Keep doing what you are doing if you are continuing to lose fat. If not, then you need to make small changes and see how it goes
