You're a little behind where I would want to be for 4 weeks out. Keep on the grind though, I don't know you or your body so this might be perfect for you at this point. You're holding decent fullness.
If this picture is post workout, I suggest posting pics in the am if you are looking for real advice here. Post workout, muscles are blurred and although you look swole, your condition is blurred.

What I should ask is, is there a way to drop fat quicker, without losing muscle? I am already doing cardio twice per day.
