4 weeks out updated pics

4 weeks out now, weighed 211lbs today. It was kinda cold out this morning so I tried to move around a little bit to get a little bit vascular before taking these but didnt have much luck. 60 degrees in the middle of june? go figure. i am aware of the hernia.... had it since I was 12, and the off thing is every doc ive been to since I was a kid said does it hurt, I say no... they say dont worry about it. I would like to get it fixed but once this show is over I want to start getting ready of jr usas and jr nats and i dunno if taking 6 weeks off is something i can wrap my mind around or not. anyway.... critiques are welcome. My legs def look smaller in back poses, need to working on hamstring thickness and size for next show.
