BB, I wouldnt consider your back being weak at all. However, I see your back holding more fat/water than the rest of your body. But you have 4 weeks left. No reason why your back shouldnt be in.

BB, I'm always greatly impressed with your physique. You have one of the best V-tapers out there. Defintely thick and proportioned. Start getting that back side leaner and it'll be go time. Good luck big guy!

Thanks everybody for the kind words. Shelby just made some changes to the diet and cardio so I'm sure the backside will harden up soon enough.

Its all about stretching! I remember my first show when I was 17 I had NO lats. I came in 2nd to a kid with a nice back and from that day on back became my favorite day of training and I stretched my lats between every single set for like a minute per side and they just started to respond. I need to go back to doing that!
