Okay guys,I decided to do my first show this year and it is in july,but I started cutting in Jan. 2nd week.I started@233 about 17% and now I'm 205@ about 8%.Everyone is saying since I'm so close go ahead and do a warm up show which would be in 4 weeks!I need help in finishing up these last 4 weeks.My diet has been this:
wake-1scoop of whey and 1 scoop of egg protein
45minutes later 6 whole eggs and 1/4 cup of nuts
meal 3-same as wake w/1/4 cup of nuts
meal4 -8oz. chicken and brocholi or asparagus w/tbsp. of olive oil and apple cider vinegar
meal 5-same as wake w/1/4 cup of nuts
meal6-same as wake w/2tbsp.of almond butter
meal 7-6 whole eggs w/brocholi or asparagus w/tbsp. of olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
I usually have 1 meal on weekends thats a cheat.
Shoul I now cut out that cheat meal and stick w/this diet all the way thru?What about the water I seem to be holding a good amount and what about the 2 weeks before the show?Those are the most critical yes?A lot of questions I know,but I've only been lifting for 3 years and just about everything I've learned has been on the forums.Oh and I'm 37 and I'm cycling sust.,prop and tren e.Was going to drop the sust in about 2 months,but now it seems I might have to drop it sooner w/the water retention yes?

Thanks Nat it was very helpful,but how do I cycle my water intake that week?3 gallons 2 days then 1gallon the next then 1/2 a gallon up till 18 hours before the show at which time it's just sipping to make my mouth wet?
