Well this is where I got in 4 years.
I haven't done real cycle in 2 years. Been doing about 150mg a week for the last two years.
I don't have the money to support shakes, beef, supps and all that stuff anymore.
The right pic was taken today. Ive barely been eating.
I pretty much just eat a couple chicken breasts a day and take a scoop of creatine along with whatever carb sources i can find. And thats been my food for a while.
I never stopped training and I always ate my chicken.
