I can't believe these guys are still around...when I started lifting in the the late 80's these were being sold in the gym as the holy grail.

Do we have any proof that Humapro indeed uses the MAP ratios other than their copy of the claim of 99% NNU? If it does use the MAP formula, why doesn't ALRI cite any of Luca-Moretti's MAP research on its site? It seems like this would have been a really easy way for Rea to deliver for once on his constant promises of scientific studies/testing of various products throughout the years.

A few years back, I wanted to ind out for myself, so over the course of about 4-5 months, I substituted HumaPro for my protein source at (at minimum) 5 of my daily meals.

I was in a fat-loss phase and got leaner and didn't lose any more muscle than I did during any previous conventional diet.

Take that for what it's worth.

I swear by the stuff and STILL use it.... I don't find it to be crazy expensive either...same price as a 5lb tub of whey.... some of the new flavors are fantastic.... Rocket Pop and Iced Tea are awesome

Strawberry Kiwi humapro and blue raz chain'd out have been staples of mine forever. Even if they are a little more expensive, I truly enjoy the taste and know how my body reacts to them.

Humapro came out around the same time I started becoming lactose intolerant and was a game changer for me.

I get EAAs from my protein and flavour with their syrup flavouring products. It still tastes vile. I'm actually done with them now, they upset my stomach to much.

Never been able to find EAAs that dont, so sticking to regular foods and vegan proteins.

Another good one I use at times is DPS Nutrition. They don't run sales as frequently as A1...but when they do it's pretty decent.
