I have heard of humapro before. expenaive aminos.

is this what most fuckers in the industry been lately hyping about as the next best thing fermented aminos and shit ? normal bcaa etc comes from human hair from china but this one does not. something like that

They are making some bold ass claims. could be just BS productions. who knows.

I used the tablets 6-7 years ago. From my experience 40g of humapro was not equivalent to 224 of whey. I found it to be about 1:1 I did not notice a difference good or bad when swapping between the two.

It's no better or worse than similar supplements. Well, worse since it costs a lot more.

Out of curiosity, do you use it and count the 40 grams as 424 grams in your macro's or do you count a gram of Humapro as a gram of protein?

Ahhhhh my boy... was waiting for you to chime in....I LOVE the stuff...Been using it since 2012 ..lets see Tenny my man.... No digestive issues, ZERO bloat...and practically calorie free... so yeah not shitting out all that wonderful whey and gains is enough of a benefit .......I'm not a fan of using it in a gaining phase but cutting?? invaluable.... so i'll stick to my EAA's....
