Last year in may i got my 3 health scare ,on a 600 test 300 tren cycle got a blood cloot and in 2017 a MI , from may i stop training, did a pct and beeing off everything for more than 5 months , since i start using gear at 17 trt is a need from what my sex drive look like in this time off ,so i decide to start training and i was thinking to try 125 mg pharma grade susta e4d with a 2.5 ui hgh 5 days on 2 off for 12-16 weeks and then cruise for a few months with 10-20 mg test end maybe 1-2 ui hgh ,supp are ,Nattokinase ,Nac ,red yeast rice ,Ubiquinol ,omega 3,Astragalus ,Ip6 ,magnesium ,D3 K2 ,baby aspirine ,5 mg enalapril ,2,5 mg nebivolol ,10 mg lipitor MwF .Any advice to make it even more safe is welcome !
 
Cardio, the supps help but nothing beats 30min a day.
I train with weights 3 times week MWF push pull legs and on the off days a 30-40 min alert walk ,when i woke up on empty stomach ,after 8 weeks if my cbc count are high i start doing a daily tipe of cardio

Dude just do 30-60 of cardio daily, period.

No sense being lazy or prioritizing other things.
