Thanks for all the kind words guys and I'm just trying to be the best I can be @40 yrs .... a little update , the pic I posted was taken on 12/11/14 and as of today 1/8/15 my body weight is up to 212 lbs with abs , and looking bigger by the day have 2 more wks on my current program then I'll post a pic or two . LOL thanks yeah my dad is 62 and everyone thinks he is my older brother, just keep plugging away at the weights and look up to Shelby and John for tips and tricks, its taken me a few attempts at the weight game to figure out what I think is working for my body, Im just glad to be apart of the best fourm on the net

just a small up date, two weeks ago , I figured to try and get hurt just for fun and well I did , the Dr. put me on some meds to keep the swelling down in my elbow so I have tried to work around it the best I could and today , I trained arms for the first time in a few weeks and to my surprise , they taped out at 18.25", kinda crazy.... Starting to think I need to hurt my legs next then maybe chest and I just might look like some of you guys on this board!!!!!:headbang:
